Coating Plating's Jamaica is offering, C-A-50 coating systems bonded aluminum ceramic coatings developed for high temperature resistance up to 2500 deg F and corrosion applications in salt air . This coatings also feature superior thermal stability, full time thermal barrier superior pencil-hardness along with good flexibility and super adhesion on metals. When temperatures increases past 900 deg F, corrosion and oxidation protection also increase providing an optimum temperature range of 900°F to 2500°F for high heat environments. Thermal shock resistant is outstanding, as the coating will remain totally stuck to most metals after repeated heating between 2500°F and normal air temperatures. When ever C-A-50 is polished to a metallic luster, the surface becomes electrically conductive affording sacrificial and vastly improved corrosion protection.
